SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- All (US) orders will take 4-7 days to Process. Pre-shipment might appear early on your order, however, allow 4-7 days for your order to ship.
- If your item has shipped and says “Delivered” however you still do not have your order, try checking with your neighbors first to see if the post office mistakenly dropped your order their. Please allow 1-2 days for USPS tracking updates, it is totally normal for them to delay updates even if your item has sent!
- For Special Orders, please allow 4-7 days for your order to be process and 1-2 weeks depending on your location for your order to arrive.
Due to COVID-19, shipping may take up to 10-20 business days domestic via USPS.

- (US) customers only are allowed to exchange items or return for store credit. You are welcome to ship back your order, however, we do not cover the return shipping cost. No cash/card refunds for Seawave Jewelry Inc. orders in US. All items are made to order.
- For exchanges on sale items we will honor the sale per category. Example: for a coupon with 15% off rings, we will honor any ring exchange even if the coupon has expired.
